UK manufacturing growth eases in September from August’s two-year high – PMI

Growth in Britain’s manufacturing sector eased slightly in September from a two-year high the month before, due to less robust export orders, a survey showed on Tuesday (Reuters). Taxi driver heartbroken after only cab is stolen in Maldon

A taxi driver has been left heart broken after his only cab was stolen and set on fire. World Record of London Tube Station visiting broken

The record for visiting all 270 London Underground stations in the quickest possible time has been broken by eight minutes. Geoff Marshall, 41, from Ealing, west London, and Anthony Smith, 28, completed the record in 16 hours, 20 minutes and 27 seconds. Edinburgh’s Trams will be running by May 2014, the city council announced.
